AppViewX Joins The PCI Security Standards Council as an Associate Participating Organization.

AppViewX, a pioneer in application-centric identity and access management, declared today that it had become a new Associate Participating Organization of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC). Through the continued development and implementation of the PCI Security Standards, AppViewX will collaborate with the PCI SSC to assist in the global security of payment data.
With the provision of adaptable, business-driven, and efficient data security standards and initiatives, the PCI SSC directs an international, cross-industry effort to strengthen payment security. It is essential to establish a global industrial partnership to achieve this goal. Industry executives come together as part of the Council's Participating Organizations program to strategize how to defend payment data against the most recent threats and predict what a constantly evolving payment ecosystem will require.
AppViewX will contribute its voice to the standards-development process as an Associate Participating Organization and work with a growing community to enhance payment security globally. AppViewX will also have the chance to share cross-sector experiences and best practices with the PCI Security Standards Council at the yearly PCI Community Meetings and submit fresh initiatives for consideration.
